Privacy Policy
Last updated: Client to supply: date this policy was last reviewed
1. Introduction and scope
This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or book a tour, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it.
2. Information we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, phone number and, if you provide one, the email address you enter, along with the destination, travel month, number of travellers and any message you write.
If you go on to book, we additionally collect the details required to make the arrangements — traveller names as they appear on identification, dates of birth where a carrier or permit requires them, and identification numbers where a permit, hotel or airline requires them.
We also collect basic technical information such as your approximate location, browser and the pages you viewed, in aggregate.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, to make the bookings your trip requires, and to contact you about the trip you have booked.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process your information because you have asked us to arrange travel for you, or because we are required to keep certain records. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
7. Data retention

8. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
To make any of these requests, contact the Grievance Officer named below.
10. Children's data
We collect information about children only as part of a family booking, and only from the adult making that booking.
