1. Inclusions
Accommodation in hotel (family wise).
All meals — bed tea, breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner.
Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.
2. Exclusions
Train, toy train and flight ticket fare.
Train food.
Entry fees at any sightseeing spot.
Riding, guide, permit, collie, camera, doolie, helicopter, ropeway and syndicate car charges.
3. Railway ticket & seat
For the train journey the company is fully dependent on the Railway Authority, so it is not possible to allot any particular seat.
4. Booking rules
The booking amount is 20% of the total tour package amount.
Booking of a seat means the passenger has accepted the terms and conditions of Baba Biswanath Bhraman Sangi.
5. Cancellation rules
No cancellation is accepted over the telephone or by email.
For a cancellation, please provide your original money receipt.

6. Special notes
The total tour programme days are inclusive of the departure and return days from Howrah, Sealdah, Shalimar or Kolkata (Chitpur) station, or Dum Dum airport (Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport).
Due to unavoidable circumstances, if the tour is cancelled the entire advance amount will be refunded without any compensation.
Passengers are requested to carry a government-approved photo identity card and their personal medicines during the journey.
If the tour is extended for any unavoidable reason, the extra cost has to be paid by the guest.
The company will not undertake any liability towards any loss or damage of life, theft, robbery or accident.
7. Child fares
A child below 3 years travels complimentary.
